American SERVCO Imaging Systems, Inc. designs copier maintenance and repair programs specificly to meet each of our customers needs. We have programs that cover only the labor required to maintain the copier / copiers throughout the year all the way up to programs that are all inclusive to cover all parts, all labor and all supplies (excludes paper & staples) needed to operate the units for the year

We are able to design an on-site service program specifically for your company.  Whether you choose  to have your copiers repaired on an as-needed basis at our normal hourly rate of $115.00 per hour plus parts with a 1 hour minimum per copier or you prefer an annual service program, we can assist you and your company.

*All Parts - Includes roller, fusers, PM (maintenance) Kits, electronic borads etc.. Did you know that a lot of companies exclude roller and maintenance kits as supply items and exclude supplies from their agreements. In addition there are also companies that exclude electronic components.........it makes you wonder just what they do cover.

*Same Day Service - American SERVCO responds to all of our service calls within 8 working hours and strives to maintain a 4 hour response time to all our customers both large and small..........by the way - no extra charge for the 4 hour responce.

*All Supplies - In Our all inclusive programs we cover all supplies (except paper & staples) required to operate your unit. This includes Drums, Devleopers, Rollers and Toner.

*Budgeting - You know exactly what your annual cost of maintaining your coper / copiers will be for the entire year.........no hidden cost which allows you to maintain a more acurate budget and spend your valuable time attending to more important matters.

*Inverntory / Usage Assistance - American SERVCO will provide you with a list of equipment under our service programs by make, model, serial number, current meter reading and location each year. This is especially important to companies that have multiple locations.
